Is BetTrim a bookmaker?
No. BetTrim is purely a utility app designed to help you edit and manage booking codes. We do not accept bets, process payments for betting, or pay out winnings. All actual betting is done on the licensed bookmaker platform you already use.
Why did my import fail?
Import failures usually happen if the booking code is expired, invalid, or from an unsupported bookmaker. Ensure you are copying the correct code directly from your bookmaker app and try again.
How do free daily exports work?
Every user gets a set number of free exports every 24 hours. Once you reach the limit, you can either wait for the daily reset or purchase a credit pack to continue exporting immediately.
What are export credits?
Export credits are in-app purchases that allow you to generate new booking codes beyond your free daily limit. One credit equals one successful export. Credits never expire and are consumed only when a valid code is generated.
How do I request account deletion?
You can delete your account directly within the BetTrim app by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email support@bettrim.com from the email address associated with your account to request deletion.
