Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BetTrim mobile application and related websites (the "Service") operated by BetTrim ("BetTrim", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. The Service is not intended for children. You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use tools related to gambling products and to engage with bookmakers. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of the place where you live.

2. Description of the Service

BetTrim provides software tools that may allow you to:

• Import bookmaker booking or share codes
• View and edit selections on a slip
• Filter, remove, or organize matches
• Split tickets into multiple groups
• Export new booking codes for use in third party bookmaker applications
• Use limited free exports and optional paid credits for additional exports

Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature, bookmaker integration, or code format.

3. Accounts

You may need an account to use parts of the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bettrim.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear fraudulent, or pose a security risk.

4. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for your personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except to the extent applicable law prohibits these restrictions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Use the Service to operate or promote an illegal gambling business
• Misrepresent BetTrim as a bookmaker, payment processor, or official partner of any bookmaker unless we have agreed in writing
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or export quotas through automation, bots, scraping, or shared account abuse
• Probe, scan, or attack our systems or those of our providers
• Interfere with other users’ access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights
• Resell, white label, or commercially exploit the Service as a gambling product without our prior written consent

6. Third party bookmakers and content

Booking codes, odds, markets, and related data originate from third parties. BetTrim does not control bookmaker platforms. You are responsible for complying with each bookmaker’s terms, rules, and restrictions. We do not warrant that any code, market, or selection will remain available, accurate, or accepted by a bookmaker at the time you place a bet.

Trademarks and product names of third parties remain the property of their owners. Use of those names is for identification only and does not imply endorsement.

7. Credits, free exports, and purchases

• The Service may include a limited number of free exports per day. Limits may change.
• Additional exports may require digital credits purchased as consumable in app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices are shown in the store listing for your account and region. Payment terms are governed by Apple or Google, as applicable.
• Credits are digital items for use in the Service. Except where required by law or by Apple or Google’s refund rules, purchases are non refundable.
• A successful charge does not guarantee that a bookmaker will accept a generated code. Odds, events, and markets can change or become unavailable.
• We may correct credit balance errors that result from bugs, abuse, or failed transactions.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and original content (excluding third party data and your submitted codes), is owned by BetTrim or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error free; (b) imported data or generated codes will be accurate, complete, or accepted by any bookmaker; (c) defects will be corrected; or (d) use of the Service will result in any particular betting outcome.

You assume all risk for any bets you place with third parties and any financial results of those bets.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETTRIM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BETTING OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR CREDITS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50) OR LOCAL CURRENCY EQUIVALENT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BetTrim and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your betting activity with third parties, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide notice in the app or on our website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims in your place of residence.

16. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
